WEB Welcome to the NFL Rashan Gary Packers draft two in Round 1.
The Green Bay Packers had a great 2019 NFL Draft, drafting two players in the first round. Rashan Gary, a defensive end from Michigan, was the Packers' first pick at No. 12 overall. Gary is a highly athletic player with a lot of potential, and he should be a key part of the Packers' defense for years to come.
The Packers' second first-round pick was safety Darnell Savage from Maryland. Savage is a versatile player who can play both safety and cornerback. He is a good tackler and has good ball skills. Savage should be a valuable addition to the Packers' secondary.
